Watering places are essential foraging habitats for bats as well as many other wild species. These places usually concentrate wildlife, and also play key role for livestock watering. They also provide drinking water to tourists.

Our preliminary survey located and mapped many watering places in the project area. Most of them are degraded and with low and irregular water level. The action aims at enhancing the water conditions of 84 watering places in the project area. The particular watering places to be restored will be chosen among all mapped places based on the location of the placed bat houses and bricks. The work consists of cleaning of the water tanks and cleaning of the troughs.
