A cave located near Ilindentsi, an important refuge for bats.
This cave is one of the few natural habitats in which protected bat species form colonies. From may to august, they raise their young, and the rest of the time they use it to rest or look for partners. They are Mediterranean horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus euryale), Lesser mouse-eared bat (Myotis blythii), Lesser horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus hipposideros), Serotine bat (Eptesicus serotinus), Savi’s pipistrelle (Hypsugo savii) and Greater horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus ferrumequinum).
