At the end of November and the beginning of December, we held 5 open lectures dedicated to the only mammals capable of active flight. A total of 19 people of different ages and backgrounds joined the mini-course, united by their love for nature and thirst for new knowledge. We were pleased that a significant number of students participated — future biologists and ecologists, as well as speleologists eager to learn more about cave dwellers. The final lecture took place in front of the Ruzhishka Cave in Lakatnik, after which the bats inside were identified.
